Financial aid is disbursed to the student’s account based on their enrollment status (number of enrolled credits) at the time of disbursement. Wait-listed and audited courses are not included.
Enrollment changes made after disbursement could affect the student’s eligibility for financial aid, therefore, students should contact their financial aid counselor before adjusting their semester course load.
Examples of enrollment changes include:
- Changing from taking courses for a grade (or pass/fail) to audit
- Dropping some or all semester courses
