- Prospective Student– Interested in learning more about UMBC and the financial aid options available for a future semester.
- Admitted Student– You have applied and been accepted to attend UMBC.
New First-Year Student– You have applied as a first time college student.
New Transfer Student– You previously attended another institution and have been accepted to transfer to UMBC to complete your degree.
- Current Student- You have attended UMBC for one or more semesters.
- Returning Student- You attended UMBC previously and will be returning to complete your degree after a period of absence.
